Who we Are
Penny Holt established Seed Recruitment & Search in May 2005 after more than ten years in the recruitment and executive search industry having noticed (i) an absence of women's resumes on short lists for senior roles and (ii) a demand for a specialised recruitment and search service for senior professionals seeking a flexible work arrangement.
Penny joined the recruitment industry in 1994 working in senior management, leadership, business development and consulting positions at Diversiti (an Accenture business), TMP Worldwide, and at Korn/Ferry International.
Her experience includes the leadership of contracting, recruitment and senior executive search services. Penny is a particularly strong account manager and relationship manager. She has worked closely with clients across IT&T, professional services and financial services to design and deliver innovative HR solutions, in particular large scale recruitment projects. In her earlier career, Penny trained and practiced as a Solicitor in NSW.
Penny holds a BA, LLM and M. Org. Coaching from the University of Sydney, she is an Associate Certified Meta Coach (ACMC) with the International Society of Neuro Semantics, and a Certified NLP Practitioner.
