Penny Holt (BA, LLM, M. Org. Coaching) has more than ten years experience in the human resources industry with expertise including the leadership of contracting, recruitment and senior executive search services to IT&T vendors and end users. Penny is a particularly strong account manager with an outstanding track record in relationship management. She has worked closely with clients across the professional services and financial services sectors to design and deliver innovative HR solutions, and in particular large scale recruitment projects.
Penny trained and practiced as a Solicitor in NSW and Thailand before joining the recruitment industry in 1994 working in senior management, leadership, business development and consulting positions at Diversiti (an Accenture business), TMP Worldwide, and at Korn/Ferry International.
Penny has coached managers and executives in the areas of professional and personal effectiveness. She completed the Master of Organisational Coaching at the University of Sydney's Coaching Psychology Unit in 2006. Penny has consulted to large organisations in the areas of equity, diversity and flexibility and founded Seed Recruitment & Search in May 2005.
